Apparently trapjaws pretty much run on termites, if you don't have termites you're probably better off releasing/selling her. Trapjaws are probably some of the hardest ants to keep there are. I'd say still keep the Ectatomma though.

Honestly I might try and get a permit and buy from him the Ectatomma if he doesn't want the Ectatomma. But chances of me getting permits before moving are slim.
Can you get permits for species outside of the country?

Yea, you need two. A ppq526 and the one for import that I don’t know the name of.

My favorite queens/colony’s:
Pheidole Tysoni, Selonopis Molesta, Brachymyrmex Depilis, Tetramorium Immagrians, Prenolepis Imparis, Pheidole Bicirinata

Yes. But I'm most likely just going to stick to getting permits for ants in the U.S. like Atta Texana or Atta Mexicana.

Thanks for wishing me good luck.

He was being sarcastic I think, it’s next to impossible for most people to get permits for leaf cutters.

Make sure to feed them both a dead baby spider that has no chemicals or a dead cricket with no chemicals.
