So i wasoving them to a new test tube and accidentally lost two eggs (where four) but its back to the og amount after i feed them a fruit fly

they are larvae aren't they? They hatched into larvae I'm pretty sure.

It's probably larvae, the 'black dots' could be the food inside of them, and they were eggs a couple of weeks ago.

Colonies: Camponotus humilior 1w, Opisthopsis rufithorax 11w, Aphaenogaster longiceps ~5w, Pheidole sp. ~235w ~15m, Iridomyrmex sp. 2q 1w, Brachyponera lutea 6w, Crematogaster sp. ~20w, Podomyrma sp. 1w

Queens: Polyrhachis cf. robinsoni, Polyrhachis (Campomyrma) sp. (likely infertile)

Previously Kept: Colobopsis gasseri, Technomyrmex sp., Rhytidoponera victorae, Nylanderia cf. rosae, Myrmecia brevinoda/forficata, Polyrhachis australis, Solenopsis/Monomorium

agreed adding onto this pupae would most likely be cocooned and you wouldn't be able to see anything but the cocoon

Idk what the first instar larva looks like all i could found was a picture of it hatching

Post a picture of the queen. We can tell you if its a larva yet or not.

I can't even tell. Also, where is the dirt in the setup? I don't see any dirt in there.

In the last pic the black spots might be mold on the cotton, but it's usually harmless.
