I have emailed the seller and relayed the concerns about the stock photos.

I also mentioned concerns people have with claims of "rarity," color "morphs," and prices, with a link to the conversation here.

Excellent, you beat me to it Terry. This person is more than welcome to join in on the conversation and I'll gladly explain to him in great detail why this is bad for the community.

While you are at it kindly explain to him why keeping the colonies at 3-400 C is a bad idea.

He used a "o" instead of a degrees symbol. Should read 30°C, but instead reads 30oC.

I'm sure if you were to dig deeper into this "expert" who has "over 20 years of experience" you could find more things wrong. He suggests filling your test tubes completely with water, and then just pushing the cotton in and letting the excess water overflow. Despite this making the cotton soaked, and greatly increasing your risk of flooding. Here's the picture from his website:

The trick with test tubes is to fill it up, drink all the water and then put the cotton in. Can't flood a test tube if you already prevented it. Plus you get hydration at the same time.

Nothing wrong with doing it this way. It is actually easier to ensure no air bubbles doing it this way. The only reason I don't, is because you then have to wipe all the water out of the dry end if you want to put anything in it immediately after setting it up. Plus I have no problems making them without air bubbles.
