I use borosilicate laboratory test tubes which are more durable than regular glass test tubes.

Honeypot queens are back in stock but there's only one colony of each species! I decided to let go of one more Myrmecocystus mexicanus and Myrmecocystus mimicus.

Wait, so the Pheidole xerophila colony has 2 queens?! At least that’s what it looks like from the picture.

Hey everyone, I have a Myrmecocystus mexicanus queen with a slightly squished gaster. She's been like this since I caught her. She's doing fine though and she's fertile. She has two workers and 4 medium larvae.

 

Since she's not perfect I'll give a discount of 10$. I usually sell M. mexicanus for $65 but I'll drop it down to $55.
