Turned over a rock and hundreds of T.immigrans alates were warming up in the sun. They should fly soon.

They usually fly around this time. Between may 23rd-30th.

In the morning, they fly. At sunrise.

Not from Sac, but I've found them anywhere from 7 to 11 AM, with some stragglers wandering around past 5 PM sometimes. Although this is in the Bay Area, I don't imagine it being too different for the T. immigrans up there.

I found some at 6 am  i mostly find them as Kadin said in the morning or for me 7-9 am

Yeah they usually have little small waves of flights before the main one.
