Also, they're invasive, I recommend euthanizing the queen, especially since you're from Florida.

I don't believe invicta is illegal to keep in Florida just California.

Invasive is invasive, and as far as I know, Florida already has a huge problem with those.

I understand where you are coming from, but if they want to sell an invasive species, we can't stop them.

Which is why its not really a problem for him to sell them. Florida is past the point of no return with S. invicta. They can't be stopped, so there's no point in not making a bit of money off them.

As much as I don’t like invasive species in the hobby and I don’t keep invasives myself I really only have a problem with others keeping them if they are illegal or are destroying an ecosystem.

I doubt anyone would buy invicta as most antkeepers there can just catch their own. I caught 50+ queens in orlando once in a single day.
