Oh okay, now that I can see the colors better, my guess would be Pheidole xerophila.

In need of another ID from my recent anting trip. She doesn't stay very still as can be told from the blurry pictures. Will try to get better pictures if necessary. Thanks everyone!

5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: Lighter head.

Pheidole. Pictures are very dark, but I would guess Ph. hyatti. If you put a dark background behind the queen when you take the picture it won't look so much like a silhouette. Thanks for embedding the pictures though. :)
