Found these two girls on lunch today at work. They're housed together while at work. I've noticed they're sticking together and not fighting. Should i house them together for good? Or will this end once they get comfortable.

I'm assuming Tetramorium caespitum, but they're strictly monogamous. So maybe something else?

Found under two separate rocks next to the mother colony.

No more then 6mm long.

Yes Tetramorium.

Tetrmorium caespitum. is my guess. And i've separated them since the video. I don't wanna risk either queen.

Oh, they will get along very well. But once the workers get to about 50-100 then they will kill one of the queens. Mine did... Still I really enjoy this species, I find them very active and boy do they make a lot of workers! Which is good because I lost many during their hibernation.
