Whenever I open the tube, my formica freak out and the workers run around everywhere. I find it funny.

I don’t recommend feeding these in their tube. Let them forage in an outworld.

I do.

But they never come out of there tube because there are only 2 workers so they are shy.

But the queen still looks healthy.

I was thinking of giving them outworld on their next generation of workers.

Didn't you say that they have one?

Like a bigger outworld... with substrate and stuff. right now they are just in a container in a tube because I felt they were too small to go into a big setup with subsrate yet.

If you give them substrate, make sure it's dry so they don't dig.

When do tetramorium fly.

Start looking after Father’s Day. I bet they peak in early July up north where you are.

I've found them around June to early September, flights are probably June-August

Also, seeing your colony, I might buy them from THA, I'm just not sure if I want Formica or their mini hearth, since I'm kinda low right now

That's what I want lmao, the thing is I still want money for the summer to buy more test tubes, other formicaria, and feeders.  Then again, I have a birthday in May, so I can ask for some stuff then...  Hmm, I might post a new topic for advice...  Anyways, I hope flourish :)
