The queen I introduced to them in the substrate enclosure was in fact killed and eaten and then disposed of on top.

My biggest colony I moved back into the test tube setup successfully, now has around 50 workers.

Queen died out of unknown causes, there was some moisture and humidity but the only death was the queen. I guess I'll just start over again with brand new queens to start a colony since this colony looked like it had faulty genetics and the workers never appeared to feed the queen anyway.

I guess a cause of death for the queen could have been stress since I attached an outworld to the test tube. Her abdomen wasn't swelling and few eggs where being laid, and I don't see any mature colonies around my area so I'll most likely have to wait next year.
