Looks fine, maybe moisturize the dirt. Did you collect these from the wild? Typically the oldest ants go forage, so their lifespan may already be short

My ants die easily
No queen
Temperature changes sometimes
Under my table

No queen.

NO QUEEN

"Why do my ants die?"
I dOn‘T KnOw, MaYbE BeCaUsE tHeY HAVE NO QUEEN

(other ants are acceptable, but Odontoponera are pretty hardy. Odontomachus and carebara I can understand.)

go find camponotus, pheidole or crematogaster. If you can keep those then odontoponera should be fine.

they tend to die fairly quickly without a queen or brood =\

please, unless there is a queen, don't do this.

We WANT to help you. But you do silly things, and have obviously not researched at all. Then when you give us random unhelpful bits of information, you expect us to know EXACTLY what is going on. Then when we ask you for more info, we realize that you have made many many easily avoidable mistakes, and when we try tell you that, you feel attacked.

Sit down, and read our answers and use some common sense to piece together what you did wrong. Then do some more research. Its not that hard dude, we aren't asking you to keep a scarcely documented species like Protanilla ok? Just try that^^^
