Is this a queen and if it is what species?

So this what i think is a queen ants no wings i was out with my friend and he found this queen on his neck and she has no wings she was found at a beach here in Greece where i live any idea what the species is if its a queen? ik its not the best quality pictures  (ill try better pictures tommorow)

can't see thorax well for scares but the gaster looks like a queen

First and second images look a bit like queen, but on 3rd picture, it looks like camponotus sp. worker. Maybe a better picture so I can be sure

This looks like a Messor sp. major worker.
