It seems the anting season is near, and I'm dying to catch my own queen this year. While I do hope to do some anting with Drew and Gregory and maybe a few others in So Cal, I'm wondering if there are any anters up here in my area. I think Silver Creek Park near San Jose has got to be a great place to find ants, and since this is my rookie season, I'd like to not go alone.
Anyone around interested in doing some anting?

Have you checked on the Ultimate Ants & Myrmecology Facebook group? I think there's more anters there, you might be able to find people better.
