Crematogaster schmidti
Disagreed, it is near impossible to tell most Crematogaster species from a few photos.
I'm just going off the best possibility
Crematogaster scutellaris or C. schmidti but scutellaris is far more common so probably scutellaris

Measurements are needed next time.
C. scutellaris is a west Mediterranean sp. so it's not that. C. schmidti is possible but I don't think it's that as somewhat the coloration is off, I would say leave it to Crematogaster sp.
