I found this queen but have no idea what it is. Its not on my toxonomy key and I can't figure it out.

no way anyone is gonna be able to help you without you properly filling out the ID request plus you need a much better detailed picture, that is just way too blurry

That is a horrible pic, but it looks like Pseudomyrmex to me.

That is a horrible pic, but it looks like Pseudomyrmex to me.

if it is Pseudomyrmex then from the quick look at some specimen pictures with that dark of a head it looks like it's Pseudomyrmex Gracilis to me but i think it would be beneficial for some measurements and such

Almost definitely P. gracilis, there's only two other Pseudomyrmex species in Texas, both of which are tiny and with a camera of that quality would probably show up as a tiny yellow dot.

There is also a real possibly that this isn't a queen. It can be hard to tell with this species.

If you use some imagination, it looks like a snowman with a black head and bottom with an alien with four arms behind him and he's about to get abducted.
