1. Location of collection: On top of a paver stone above mulch. She was near death, being carried by a pavement ant worker. Presumably a hostile one.
2. Date of collection: 6/12/17
3. Habitat: Mulch
4. Length: Approximately 4-5 mm? Hard to get a measurement, and she's near death so I don't want to disturb her. A bit smaller than a C. pennsylvanicus minor worker.
5. Black, as far as I can tell. Too small to get good images or details resolved.
6. Looks like one petiole node to me.
7. She was near death, barely moving, and was being carried by a worker. I presume she was prey. I knocked her off the worker, and have given her sugar water, and she seems a bit better (she's grooming now instead of staying curled up).
8. No nest.
9. Too small to get clear pictures in her current containment, and I am avoiding disturbing her.
