I think I'll go with Dr. Trager's suggestion and remove the cf. from any of my references to what I am pretty sure is the same species.

 

Edit: Never mind, it looks like I never put a cf. on mine.

Can you please update? I found a few workers before thinking they were Lasius and later thinking they were tiny little Brachymyrmex! I plan on collecting these next year.
