I see two petiole nodes so it can't be Camponotus. Also, the head is too little.

The proheminent thorax and the overall look makes me think of Tetramorium sp.

A 10mm Tetramorium. That'd be strange.

A 10mm Tetramorium. That'd be strange.

 

Who said it was 10 mm long ? The 10 mm one is a Pheidole sp, for sure.

This is a photo of the third queen (the 8mm one), and 8mm is the average size for a Tetramorium.

Misinterpreted you. I've got Tetramorium. My queen's not nearly that length.

Much better picture. Solenopsis or Monomorium, not sure which, still because I can't see the antennal segments sufficiently magnified to count.

However, from that part of the world, Monomorium is more likely.
