Hi, I collected three types of queens. Can you please help with ID as well if there is any keeping I need to do special for them.

The first one's Crematogaster, but we need  measurements in millimeters.

First is definitly crematogaster second is most likely pheidole,  possibly megacephala

Can't make accurate guesses on the two last ones without measurements.

Well, the first one is obviously Crematogaster (There are lots of Crematogaster in South Africa so species identification is difficult), and the second one is definitely Pheidole sp. It's not P. megacephala, because she doesn't look like it at all and also is too large. It looks to be Pheidole crassinoda or something similar.

Can't tell what species based entirely on one picture, bu probably Pheidole.

No, L. humile is half that length.

The third batch look like formicines to me, possibly a small Camponotus, but we really need better images, especially of head and petiole details.
