First is Camponotus vagus second is maybe Camponotus aethiops and the others are some species of Temnothorax.

Queen 1 : Camponotus sp

Queen 2 : Camponotus ligniperdus/herculeanus

Queen 3 : Temnothorax sp

Quick update : first queen died as she were keeping to eat the larvae, 2-rd queen the camponotus ligniperdus is still alive with 6 workers now hibernating.
