I was wondering does this look like an ant queen if so what species?

it looks like a queen alright. Can you give any other information? Like Coloring size and where you found her? you know the stuff in the pinned template? http://www.formicult...t-a-new-thread/

Need more info and better pictures.

She is 5mm long found late May at 4 pm on the sidewalk primarily black with coloration on the legs

At 5mm, it looks like Nylanderia to me.

It seems I have that exact species. I am also assuming it is Nylanderia not quite sure on species though.
