so i was searching online and i found another website belonging to the tar heel ants company with vastly better prices and more formicarium options!!!! do they sell to the U.S.???

Actually, having two stores in close proximity is a well-known marketing tactic for people with alzheimer's.

 

They shop in one store, buy something, leave, see the other store, and enter, only to keep buying more things.  The cycle repeats until they run out of money.

I think Drew is correct. If you go to the domain name (http://www.sevenagesdev.com) you'll see a display of their web root with some other sites as well. I'd guess (because this one looks a lot cleaner), that this is a site redesign.

It isn't a language google translate recognizes either. As Bibiwood mentioned, it is a filler text - gibberish.

 

If you click on any of the Contact Us links, all info is in english and matches the Tar Heel information, so I suggest just going with Tar Heel website and contacting them.
