Just dropping some tips down, Odontomachus larvae eat a LOT. I'm not sure if you already know this from your small past mess-ups, but make sure to feed them every other day! They get pretty big. Also, once larvae pupate (in a week or so given they have enough food), I think you can hold off on updates until workers eclose, since that whole stage itself takes around a month.

Young ant keeper with a decent amount of knowledge on local ant species.

YouTube: https://m.youtube.co...uKsahGliSH7EqOQ (It's pretty dead. Might upload again soon, don't expect my voice to sound the same though.)

Currently kept ant species, favorites have a star in front of their names (NOT in alphabetical order, also may be outdated sometimes): ★ Camponotus irritans inferior, ★ Ooceraea biroi, Pheidole parva, ★ Nylanderia sp., ★ Paraparatrechina tapinomoides, Platythyrea sp., Anochetus sp., Colobopsis sp. (cylindrica group), ★ Crematogaster ferrarii, Polyrhachis (Myrma) cf. pruinosa, Polyrhachis (Cyrtomyrma) laevissima, Tapinoma sp. (formerly Zatapinoma)

Death count: Probably over a hundred individual queens and colonies by now. I cannot recall whatsoever.

Ants are small creatures... but together... they can rule the world.

What is the issue with imgur?

Are you able to login?

I could try to suggest some services but I don't understand the issue you are having.

I just tried imgbb and I think it works fine. You need to choose "don't autodelete" I think?

I also managed to take a look at the largest larvae who is unlike the others sitting on the ground, this means its third instar since third instar larvae lose their suction cup protuberances when they grow up (source is https://www.livescie...nt-babies.html)meaning we should be getting pupa soon,

I believe these are odontomachus brunneus and i believe they are polygynous based on some sources allthough I'm not trying that out yet because both claims may be wrong,
What i mean by trying that out is I'm going to mix the two queens together although it sounds like a horrible idea so I'm not going to do it and instead probably have two separate colonies instead

I took one of the queens into a small tic tac container for a better picture (the newer one), is this odontomachus haematodus?
