I got scammed from a fairly old user on here, bought ants, they came dead, then they went off the grid. Anyways is there a way I can get my money back? Payment was through PayPal friends and family...

Did their policy say that they would refund? If yes, you could technically sue, but if it isn't a lot of money it would probably wouldn't really be worth it. I guess small claims court could work.

They did say they would refund per queen. It was only a total of around 70, so I don't think it would be court worthy.

Sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, death during shipping may be outside of the sellers control.

Conducting business in a professional manner where you amend issues like this is a much more efficient business strategy guys. Some people must not realize that one fraud sale ruins many future opportunities.

We are few in this hobby and good business goes a long way in a small community. Hopefully somehow the situation can be rectified.
