Male Ant Identification Help (Alamosa Co. CO)(Larimer Co. CO)

This is a male I caught on a black light august 25th at Great Sand Dunes National Park, I just pinned it yesterday

I don't know anything about males but this one is massive, measuring in at around 1.4-1.5mm, Could it be a male of neivamyrmex or another dorylinae?

This one was caught near estes park CO on september 16th it is 1.2cm, although this one i actually have no idea.

Formica. Red legs may point to a species, but I'm not sure.
