Yes, both are fully claustral.

Colobopsis vitrea has light colored queens but black workers. The workers of Carebara lignata are tiny and yellow; you probably wouldn't even recognize them as the same genus.

Oh that's Carabera quenn, should have catch more 

i put 3 of them in test tube with soil, 1 with coco peat, 2 with nothing (plain test tube), and 1 i just dump her at container with soil (she start digging chamber this morning)

i check her this morning, but i can't see any hole. did she close it? or crumbled?

I don’t know much about Carebara, but most queens close up their chambers after they are dug. Does the soil have a decent clay content? Is it damp? It seems like the chamber she dug was closed off by her. Have pictures?

thank you, i will get a picture later. ithink it have decent clay content because my Odontoponera queen dug a chamber with same soil

 

so far i saw chamber for semi claustral queen only

don't worry about her. Most carebara actually do better in containers with soil during the founding stage. Just leave her be and eventually you will see small workers.
