I was wondering how to move these little guys into my ant kit starter kit. I tried shining them with a lite that did not work. There test tube needs changing to so i need to act if they don't act up in two weeks I might move these girls forcfuly. Any ideas?

They will move on their own accord usually if you leave their current test tube open and have the next test tube (or starter kit in your case) available.
