Hi guys, just want to ask a few questions about Pheidole sp.

How long it takes for Pheidole sp from egg till a worker?

And I have caught few Pheidole queens since June till now, all of them have been laying tons of eggs but none of it grow into larvae. I believe that is not usual, right?

I had some Pheidole sp. and it took about three months for the eggs to hatch. It can vary depending on temperature and species though, my colony had two queens as well.
