So I've caught this Formica queen on 07.07.2017 in Ankara/Turkey and decided to keep her journal, I hope you enjoy.

 

This is from when I found her :)

On 09.07.2017 she started laying eggs

12.07.2017 she doubled the amount of eggs.

And this is her now (19.07.2017). All eggs turned into a larvae, I'm expecting workers in 2 weeks (3 at max.)
