When do aphaenogaster occidentalis fly

I would like to know when this species fly. I plan to go to mount to tam in August or September.

They fly during the fall, at around the same time the fall Pogonomyrmex flights start. I think around October.

-1x Parasitic Formica Sp. Colony

-1x Pogonomymrex Californicus Colony

-1x Camponotus Hyatti Colony

I know there is know exact answer to these questions but what time and tempauture do the fly.

I believe their timeframe is late August into the fall during heatwaves. Heatwaves are pretty much the only things that trigger flights in the the Bay, Marin Headlands especially.
