1. Location (on a map) of collection: Tomah, Wisconsin
2. Date of collection: July 1st 2017, around midnight.
3. Habitat of collection: Forested area.
4. Length (from head to gaster): 16 mm
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: Black head, red thorax with red color extending to front of abdomen.
6. Distinguishing characteristics: N/A
7. Distinguishing behavior: N/A
8. Nest description: N/A

9. Nuptial flight time and date: Late afternoon, July 1st.
