Formicarium recommendations for Camponotus pennsylvanicus

I recently collected a large (33 workers, with 29 minors, 3 medians, and 1 major) Camponotus pennsylvanicus colony in a rotting log. They've been in my Mini Hearth formicarium, which has some hydration problems and cracks in the ytong. I decided that they need a new formicarium, so do you guys have any suggestions?

Ytong, grout, or plaster nests
Or if you want to 3D printed nests work good too.
