So my queen just got her first worker.
Some IDed her as pheidole.

I've made her an outworld -

I've made the test tube a stand using fimo.
Added a straw so the workers can go trough it, 2 little drops of honey and a little spider on a bottom of a paper cup.
Used rubbing alcohol to put baby powder on the walls of the outworld.
Also, another layer of baby powder without rubbing alcohol.

I've cut the lead to put 2 layers of bug nets so they would have air. Also used paper to cover the test tube, so it would be dark.

Is this a good setup?

The worker is most definetely crematogaster, I believe you miss-identified your queen.
The outworld should be fine.
