I don't think this is a queen. I got one like that last year, turned out its just a worker with extra food in stomach. 
Don't worry, you will find a queen eventually.

 

But don't trust me, I am yet good at anting myself. :)

Not a queen. Probably the same Nylanderia species from your original ID post.

 

I suggest checking this out for identifying queens:

The workers look so much skinnier then this one so I just assumed, I guess I gotta keep looking
