I am pretty new to ant keeping and especially to ID. I found 3 of these wandering around all in slightly different areas, they are pretty fast. I am pretty sure these are not Queens, but was unable to find any other ants in their near vicinity when collecting them. As a note, one of the three collected appeared to have the last bits of a wing sticking out of the mouth, when I returned home it had been ingested completely.
I apologize for the poor photo quality, i need to find a way to grab good captures.
