Finally after having my P. imparis for almost 6 months the queen has finally started laying eggs and they are now eating and excepting solid foods finally.

Today the queen enjoyed chewing on a fruited fly.

Thanks,  I'm just using the camera on my iPhone 7 plus, with the dual sensor camera. I had planned on getting a dedicated camera for macro shots of ants. However, The video and photos seem to be pretty good. 

 

As for as quality you guys think its alright considering I'm just suing my cell phone?

This is great. I would have never knew this was taken with a phone.

 

This is 5 times better footage than my Canon Powershot sx120 IS.  :D
