I need your expertise:

I have one forest park that has scattered shower for 2 days in a row for 14 hrs or so and ends at 10 am with:

24% precipitation

100% humidity

8 mph wind

and remains partly cloudy and sunny until night.

and the next day being all day sunny.

I have another desert park that has a day of scattered shower for 3 hrs or less and ends at 2 pm with:

17% precipitation

51% humidity

14 mph wind

and remains partly cloudy and sunny until night.

and the next day being all day sunny.

Assuming I have all the time in my schedule and ignoring the fact it would differ from species to species, what would be an ideal time to go after the rain stops in these two places?
