Assuming I don't want to make an 'anting room', what's the best way to keep my ants at a constant say 90-95f?

It depends on what are your skills.

The fastest and easiest way is to buy a heating cable/mat and put your formicarium on it. With nothing that you won't be able to fine tune the temperature, so it will be better to provide your ants with a temperature gradient.

What I suggest (and also what I'm starting and planning on doing) is to take a styrofoam box and put a resistor inside it. Wire up the resistor to a thermostat and you can fine tune the temperature. Then put the formicarium inside the box and it will have its own heated atmosphere.

Cheers, I figure an incubator type set up would be best

I might buy a 'clear door' refridgerator and do something similar-- less heat dissapation

I assumed they'd be from a warmer climate, but don't they nest underground to get away from those temperatures?

If my data is correct, I'd say that you're on the right track.  It looks like you'll probably want a nesting temperature gradient of roughly 83 to 95.  I'd just set the thermostat at 90 and see how things go from there.
