Hi, a little help please?  :D
 
date:14/2/17
time: around 7:45 am
place: gutter ditch/ little concrete dip in the ground
location: the peak, Hong Kong island, China
size: 1.5cm
little details: serrated jaws, very aggressive, has a sting (personal experience)

It's a ponerine. Makes me think of Pachycondyla sp

That sucks. She kinda looked like a fungus grower of some sort. I'm probably wrong though.
