Please help me ID Ant 1, I took 2 pictures. I am located in South Texas.

Based on what I can see these appear to be Solenopsis invicta but the image is not quite good enough to be sure.

I think they are fire ants... But I wanted to be sure.. and I am gonna try to identify all the ants I can find.
