Hello, just captured this queen, could use some ID, seems to be a leaf cutter(Maybe acromyrmex?). She seems to be hurt in the gaster, captured her being attacked by some black workers.

 

Location: Rio de Janeiro - Brazil

Size: 1cm(without wings)

I don't know but I don't think that she would lay an egg without being in a founding chamber...

Ok, so there's something very strange with these ants. I considered her dead, but didn't remove her from the test tube because I was lazy at that moment. Now that I decided to clean the test tube... SHE IS ALIVE, OMG, she was playing dead?! I know how a dead ant looks like.

The other one did the same thing but when I was capturing her.
