Help is it a ant or termite and if it is a ant is it a ant queen and if so what kind found in Nashville TN on table in my backyard it is small

If you've enjoyed using my expertise and identifications, please do not create undue ecological risk by releasing your ants. The environment which we keep our pet insects is alien and oftentimes unsanitary, so ensure that wild populations stay safe by giving your ants the best care you can manage for the rest of their lives, as we must do with any other pet.

 

Exotic ants are for those who think that vibrant diversity is something you need to pay money to see. It is illegal to transport live ants across state lines.

Ot is about 4 mm still has wings which seem to be different sizes

Ok, well it is a male ant of some sort, from the Myrmicinae subfamily.

 

Or are you taking pictures of multiple ants?

Yeah. Just for the fact you can tell it is a male is that. It has the body structure of an ant. And, its abdomen is similar to that of a worker of a certain species that I cannot recall. And seeing as though it has that, another thing is that it still has wings, Some queens do keep wings, but I doubt this is a queen.
