I found my firsts queens, 5:30 pm, many ants with wings in the colony, they will already fertilized?, it rained yesterday and today.

 

1. Location of collection: Aguascalientes Mexico
2. Date of collection: 09/29/2016
3. Habitat of collection: In the park
4. Length :...
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: Red, gaster yellow with black lines.
6. Distinguishing characteristics: ...
7. Distinguishing behavior: ...
8. Nest description: Dirt, tiny red ants.

My guess I'd Solenopsis molesta but I don't know what ants are in Mexico and they probably aren't fertile

I think those are either S. aurea or S. amblychila.  I agree that they're not fertile, though. The female alates (queens with wings) need to fly and mate before they can start a new colony.
