I think the first one is a Crematogaster sp. I agree with batspiderfish on the second ID.

5. Coloration, hue, pattern and texture: Darkish Black with stripe down gaster
Queen #2
Same info as above except gaster is greyish brown with black stripes

Can we get more pictures of the first queen? a profile shot and an above shot would be great.
Pictures of the second queen showing off the shininess of the gaster and a good image of the front of the head would be helpful. She is Formica.
Include measurements with all ID requests.

Don't exactly have a ruler for measuring especially one in mm.
The first queen is about the size of my P. imperis and the second queen is about the size of an average camponotus.
Queen 1 <Really hard to take pictures of because of the plastic test tube. She kept running around. Very active.
Queen #2 was very still, probably because of the test tube being glass.
