1. In a public park, Houston, Texas.

2. Date of collection - 4/10/16
3. Habitat of collection - shrub with woody plant
4. Length - Queen is about 5 mm, worker is 2-3 mm.
5. Coloration - black
6. Distinguishing characteristics - multiple queens in single colony
7. Nest description - Lives inside hollow woody plant stem
