I'm willing to buy basically any founding queen or colony that doesnt need a winter diapause.

You will need to purchase from an online vendor then, such as Stateside Ants (or get Tetramorium immigrans). Often in the description of each species he says where the come from, and you are looking for southern states like Florida. Not much is in stock right now, but you can keep checking here: https://www.statesideants.com/illinois

Yeah, that's actually why I turned to the forum, because stock is so low there. I'm looking for really small species, like solenopsis, brachymyrmex, monomorium etc.
