As per forum rules, you need to state your location in your profile to buy or sell ants on this forum. However, Pogonomyrmex occidentalis is currently the only species completely deregulated by the USDA for interstate travel, excluding Florida and California, so in this rare exception the 'illegal' part is non-applicable.
