Although I cannot give you a definite date on how long they last, I do believe for most if not all ant species the egg stage lasts longer than week. Otherwise, your queen may be eating her eggs because of stress and relaying them, causing you to see no growth. I would recommend using the search bar in the top right corner to research other Myrmica rubra journals to see how long it took for their queens to have larvae.
Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. -Proverbs 6: 6-8

are you letting her forage?
Myrmica are semi-claustral, i believe, and are very protein-oriented.
the queen needs to eat not just for eggs but for her too

Yes, she have a small arena and I feed her jelly. I will provide more protein for her now, thanks!
I concur that most species' egg stage lasts longer than a week, often closer to two weeks, as well as continually feeding her. Temperature-wise she should be kept in the 80s F.
