I was just wondering if you guys have any suggestions of any good ant books to keep on hand. I would really appreciate any ant identification book suggestions and just any ant books in general.

Tales from the ant world by Edward O. Wilson and Empire of the ants by Susanne Foitzik are good. Easy to understand and I personally really enjoyed reading them.

I am new to ant keeping and checked a few books and articles to gain some knowledge. I find these two books valuable:
- Wheeler's 1910 book (Ants; their structure, development and behavior), it can be found in archive.org .
- the Ants by Hölldobler and Wilson from 1990
