Are these Claustral cells?

Are these claustral cells? Should I dig these up and try to unearth the queens if so? And if so, how should I go about doing it?

In this photo, you may not see it, a tetramorium immigrans worker is attempting to bury the entrance. All those pieces of debris are from her and her buddies.

This one looks a lot fresher, dirt still wet.

Manica invidia (1 queen, ~200 workers)

Manica invidia (1 colonies, 1 queens plus 3 workers)

Lasius niger (single queen, ~200 workers - naturalistic, predatory set-up)

Lasius americanus (1 colony, ~10 workers)

Tetramorium immigrans (3 colonies, 3 queens, ~ five workers each | 1 colony, 1 queen, ~1200 workers)

Formica aserva (aserva queen, ~15 Formica neorufibarbis workers)

See how many workers come and go. If smaller-than-average size workers exit and enter and there aren't a lot of them, it probably means it's a newly dug nest with only nanitic workers.

Oh, so this is how the signature function works. Nice.

Those appear to be colonies, in my opinion - especially the first picture. Chambers will have a different shaped tumuli and wouldn't have workers exiting, entering, or even interacting with the chamber aside from evicting the queen.
